Welcome to Exydio. These Terms of Service govern your use of our AI-powered business automation platform and services. Please read these terms carefully before using our services.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Exydio's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing our services.

These terms apply to all users, including businesses, employees, and any other parties who access the platform.

Service Description

Exydio provides AI-powered business automation services including:

  • Automated inbound call handling
  • SMS messaging and notifications
  • Appointment scheduling and management
  • Website and mobile app development
  • Analytics and reporting dashboard
  • Team collaboration tools

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time.

Billing and Payments

  • Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly basis
  • Usage-based charges are billed at the end of each billing cycle
  • All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated
  • We may change our pricing with 30 days notice
  • Failed payments may result in service suspension
  • You are responsible for all applicable taxes

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our services to:

  • Violate any laws or regulations
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights
  • Transmit spam, malware, or harmful content
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Interfere with other users' access to the service
  • Use the service for any illegal or fraudulent purpose
  • Resell or redistribute our services without authorization

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Exydio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

  • Loss of profits or revenue
  • Loss of data or business interruption
  • Any damages arising from service interruptions
  • Third-party claims against you

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time:

  • You may cancel your subscription through your account settings
  • We may terminate or suspend access for violations of these terms
  • Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately
  • We may retain certain data as required by law
  • Termination does not affect any rights or obligations that accrued prior to termination

SMS Terms & Conditions

Program description

Exydio sends transactional appointment notifications by SMS on behalf of the service businesses that use our platform. Messages are limited to appointment confirmations, sent once immediately after an appointment is booked, and appointment reminders, sent approximately 24 hours and 1 hour before the appointment. This is not a marketing program. We do not send promotional or advertising messages through it.

How you join

You are added to the program only after giving express consent. Consent is collected verbally during a phone call: when you book an appointment by phone, our AI agent asks whether you would like to receive a text confirmation and reminders, and the program starts only if you say yes. Consent is not a condition of booking an appointment or of any purchase. If you decline, your appointment is still booked and you simply receive no text messages.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies, and depends on how many appointments you book. A typical appointment generates up to three messages: one confirmation and up to two reminders.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply. Exydio does not charge for these messages, but your mobile carrier's standard messaging and data rates apply. Contact your carrier for details of your plan.

Opting out

Reply STOP to any message to be removed from the program immediately. You will receive one confirmation message, and no further messages after that. You may rejoin at any time by replying START, or by giving consent again the next time you book.

  • Reminder: Your appointment for Drain Cleaning at Bob's Plumbing is in 1 hour on Tue, Sep 2 at 2:00 PM. Reply STOP to unsubscribe.

Carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to network availability and is not guaranteed.

Privacy

We handle your mobile information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
